Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 3 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 3 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 3 days

• The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

# **DIMPLE GOLD: EXCHANGE & BUYBACK POLICY**

### **1. Two-Day Exchange Window (Gold Ornaments & Coins)**

If you wish to exchange your purchase within **2 days**, the following conditions apply:

* **Rate Difference:** The exchange value will be calculated based on the **Current Market Rate** at the time of exchange, not the rate at the time of purchase.

* **Making Charges:** Making charges, GST, and any stone weights paid during the initial purchase are **non-refundable** and will be deducted.

* **Condition:** Items must be in original, unworn condition with the original invoice and hallmark intact.

### **2. Lifetime Buyback Policy**

For customers looking to sell gold back to Dimple Gold or exchange after the 2-day window:

* **Gold Rate:** Buyback is calculated on the **prevailing market purchase rate** of the day.

* **Deductions:** * A standard deduction (typically 2%–5%) is applied for melting and assaying losses on ornaments.

* **Gold Coins:** Usually enjoy a higher buyback value, but are subject to a small percentage deductions, if the original tamper-proof packaging is broken repacking charges will be charged extra.

* **Non-Gold Components:** The weight of stones, enamel, wax, or dust will be strictly excluded from the valuation.

### **3. Order Cancellation Policy**

We understand plans change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

* **Ready-to-Wear Items:** Orders for in-stock items can be cancelled before shipment/delivery for a full refund (minus any payment gateway fees, if applicable).

* **Customized/Bespoke Orders:** Once a customized order is placed and the gold is blocked, a **cancellation fee** (representing the labor cost and potential gold rate fluctuations) will be charged.

* **Refund Mode:** Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

> * **Identification:** A valid Govt. ID and the original Dimple Gold invoice are mandatory for all buyback and exchange transactions.

> * **Market Volatility:** Since gold prices fluctuate daily, all valuations are final only at the moment of the transaction.

> **Dimple Gold** reserves the right to modify, update, or change trading, buy-back, and exchange policies **without prior notice**. These changes may be necessitated by sudden shifts in market volatility, internal board decisions, or updates to government fiscal policies or any other changes in the market or trade policies.
